I speak and consult on various topics related to organizational culture.

I give talks to college groups, faith groups, and parish groups on what constitutes good work, what makes for organizational flourishing, and ways to advance one's faith journey at work and through work.

I also offer a day-and-a-half workshop that goes into greater depth on the elements of a high-performing organizational culture, and how individuals, teams, and leaders can improve the culture of their circles of influence in an organization.  The workshop can be run as a parish weekend retreat, with sessions on Friday evening and all day Saturday.

I provide one-on-one coaching on issues related to organizational culture.

I also have developed a unique culture survey, based on the key elements of the culture model I've put together, that forms the basis of a culture intervention for teams or organizations.
